Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of all babies, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

Hygiene and personal care products
Items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Bonnerbusiness26@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Bonnerbusiness26@gmail.com.
